George Yorgakaros

George Yorgakaros is an experienced compensation professional with a strong background in managing executive compensation programs and people analytics. Currently at Waymo since September 2022, George previously served as Director of Compensation and People Analytics at Bridgewater Associates from October 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience at Google spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing VP and SVP compensation programs, conducting executive pay equity analyses, and advising on M&A integration plans. Earlier roles included program analyst and people programs coordinator positions, as well as internships at Travelers and the Supreme Court of the United States. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
