Mandy Zavala (Schramm) has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leadership at Waymo since January 2022. Previously, Mandy advised on HR and learning development at Pathmint, assisting various organizations in the US and Australia. At Pinterest, played a crucial role in pre-IPO hiring strategies, significantly contributing to workforce growth post-IPO. Experience includes strategic scaling at Twitter as a Senior Recruiting Business Partner, founding Twisted Search Group LLC focusing on senior recruitment in the wine and hospitality sector, and various roles in recruitment management, including positions at Ledgent and Sutter Health.
