Pilar Cueva

Pilar Cueva has extensive experience in the banking industry. From 2016 to present, they have served as the Regional Sales Manager Vice President at Wayne Bank, where they have been responsible for managing commercial and retail banking activities, expanding the bank's presence in the community, and driving growth in deposits, loans, fees, and customers. Prior to this, Pilar worked at Citizens Bank from 2012 to 2016 as the Branch Manager II - AVP, overseeing branch operations, revenue maximization, customer satisfaction, and staffing. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Business Relationship Manager at PNC, focusing on customer retention, profitability, and providing financial recommendations to business owners. Pilar's earlier experience includes working as a Relationship Manager at Citi, where they managed a portfolio of high net worth individuals and corporate executives, meeting sales goals and deepening client relationships.
