Ryan French has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan started their career at RCN as a Recruitment Administrator in October 2001 and worked there until September 2002. Ryan then joined SHS Tech Staffing as a Professional Recruiter in 2002 and stayed until 2003. In 2003, they became an Operations Manager at High Yield Industrial Products and worked there until May 2006.

In May 2006, Ryan joined NBT/Pennstar Bank as a Bank Officer and Employment Consultant, where they provided HR assistance to managers and employees in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and legal compliance.
