Tiffany Huffman

Tiffany Huffman is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in patient care, education, and clinical management. Currently serving at Theoria Medical and Signify Health, Tiffany provides high-quality care through in-person and telemedicine services, conducting home health assessments, and addressing patient health needs. As an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Wayne County Community College District and a former Professor at Arizona College of Nursing, Tiffany focuses on integrating evidence-based practice into nursing education while mentoring students. Previous roles include providing comprehensive patient care at The Wellness Plan Medical Centers, ProMedica, and SynerGy Health and Wellness, with a strong foundation in critical care from time spent as an ICU clinical nurse. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and qualified certifications in practical and assistant nursing.
