Lisa Garland, CHESP, CMIP has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Lisa began their career in 1988 at Brethren Retirement Community as a Team Leader, where they worked until 2000. Lisa then moved on to Covington Care Center as the Director of Environmental Services for a short period. In 2004, Lisa joined Wayne HealthCare as the Director of Environmental Services, responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintaining cleanliness. Lisa was later promoted to Director of Support Services in 2019 and then to Senior Director of Support Services in 2022. In addition to their healthcare roles, Lisa served as a Board Member for the Darke County Solid Waste District from 2012 onwards and took on the position of Mayor at the Village of New Madison from 2016 to 2018. Lisa also served as a Board Member for Tri-Village Rescue from 2012 to 2015.

Lisa Garland, CHESP, CMIP, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University in the years 2021 to 2023. Lisa also attended Tri-Village High School from 1984 to 1987, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
