Kimberly Roland

Kimberly Roland is an accomplished nutrition manager with extensive experience in food service and human resources. Currently serving as the Nutrition Manager at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency since October 2023, Kimberly also operates Roc and Ri Vending LLC. Prior roles include Dining Service Director and Assistant Dining Service Director at Unidine, and Director of Dining Services at Sheridan at Birmingham. Kimberly has a strong background in team leadership, HR, training, and compliance, having managed dining operations and recruitment processes across various organizations, including Aramark and All Seasons of West Bloomfield. Academically, Kimberly holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Food Service Administration from the same institution.
