Jim Wood

Jim Wood currently serves as the Chairman of the Waynesboro Republican Committee and Vice-Mayor of the City of Waynesboro, while also holding the position of Vice Chairman for the Staunton Augusta Waynesboro Metropolitan Planning Organization. In addition to these roles, Jim Wood is the Store Manager at Nuckols Gun Works and the Owner & Chief Instructor at Double A Tactical. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Black Diamond Security Group and a distinguished career in the US Army as an Airborne Infantry member. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma from Haysi High School, an Associate's Degree from Blue Ridge Community College, and a Bachelor's Degree in History from Liberty University.
