James Castle

James Castle is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, holding the Executive Chef position at Waynesborough Country Club since June 2019. Prior to this role, James served as Executive Chef at Inverness Club from March 2013 to March 2019, and at The Country Club of Harrisburg from April 2002 to March 2013. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Chef at Birmingham Athletic Club from May 2000 to March 2002, and Personal Chef at The Fisher Group from September 1998 to May 2000. Early culinary training includes serving as Sous Chef at TPC of Michigan from August 1994 to September 1998. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wayne State University.
