Mike Meadows

Mike Meadows has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Mike started their career as an Inorganic Chemistry Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where they conducted research in inorganic and analytical chemistry. Following this, they worked as an Organic Chemistry Stockroom Worker, responsible for organizing documents, ordering chemicals, and ensuring lab safety standards.

After their time at the University of Tennessee, Mike transitioned into the environmental field as an Air Quality Engineer at ERM: Environmental Resources Management. In this role, they consulted with companies, conducted inspections, and collected emission data.

Mike then pursued a career in software development, attending the Nashville Software School (NSS) bootcamp as an Apprentice Software Developer. Mike gained proficiency in MEAN stack development and acquired critical thinking skills required in the software development field.

Continuing in the software industry, Mike worked as a Salesforce Developer and System Administrator at Alternative Solutions Consulting, where they collaborated with clients from various industries and specialized in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud projects. Mike focused on backend development using Apex code and SOQL, as well as integrating other features such as approval processes and flows.

Next, Mike joined Neocol Group as a Salesforce Developer consultant, specializing in development and system administration. Mike worked on both team projects and individual projects, utilizing lightning component development, Apex, and declarative programming.

Following their time at Neocol Group, Mike became a Senior Salesforce Developer at Auto I.D., Inc., where they integrated systems using Salesforce as a platform. Mike utilized technologies like AWS EC2 and AWS S3 to support Salesforce and host and backup files.

Currently, Mike is working as a Senior Salesforce Developer at WayPath, where they continue to leverage their expertise in Salesforce development.

Mike Meadows attended the Nashville Software School in 2016, where they completed a Trade School program in Full Stack Development. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they studied at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry ACS Certified. Additionally, Mike obtained several certifications related to Salesforce, including Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud, App Builder, Salesforce Admin I, Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Trailhead. These certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2023.
