Joel Joseph

Joel Joseph has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Joel is currently working as an Enterprise Sales Director at Waypoint since 2023. Prior to this, Joel worked at VTS as an Account Development Manager from 2020 to 2023, where they achieved President's Club Awards in both 2020 and 2021 for exceeding annual quotas and managed a significant book of business. Before that, they served as the Head of Retail & Strategic Partnerships - US at Equiem from 2017 to 2020, where they earned global recognition for their work in developing long-term retail and partnership strategies. Joel also gained experience in leasing and corporate accounting roles at Rouse Properties from 2012 to 2017, and as a Senior Assurance professional at EY from 2010 to 2012. Joel started their career as a Semi-Senior Accountant at Friedman LLP from 2007 to 2010.

Joel Joseph completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh from 2003 to 2007. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
