Caroline Bourque Wiley

Caroline Bourque Wiley's work experience includes being the Director of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Communications and Marketing Professional at CREW Maritime Group Inc. from January 2023. From 2004 to 2022, Caroline held various roles at Niagara Health, including Chief Communications Officer and Director of Communications. Caroline also served as an Interim Chief Communications Officer and Manager of Communications during their time there. In 2017, Caroline worked as a Part-time Instructor for the Post-Graduate Public Relations Program at Niagara College. Before that, they were a Media Relations Officer at Brock University from 2000 to 2004, and a Reporter and Copy Editor at St. Catharines Standard from 1990 to 2000.

Caroline Bourque Wiley, MCM, APR, holds a Master of Communications Management degree from McMaster University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they pursued a BA in French Language and Literature from Brock University between 2001 and 2010. Earlier in their educational journey, they attended Ryerson University from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a BAA degree in Journalism.
