Stephen Whittington, CHRL has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to organizational development, talent management, and volunteer development. Stephen started their career at the Canadian Cancer Society as a Community Outreach Consultant and later became the Manager of Volunteer Development. Stephen then transitioned to the Ministry of the Solicitor General as a Transition Coordinator before joining Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care. At Waypoint, Stephen held multiple roles including Staff Education Coordinator, Manager of Organizational Development, and Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing organizations and supporting their employees' growth and development.

Stephen Whittington, CHRL, holds a Bachelor's degree in BA from the University of Guelph (1986-1990). Stephen also has a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Georgian College (2008-2012) and a Diploma in Public Relations from Humber College (1990-1991). Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications in Change Management - Prosci Methodologies from Prosci Canada (2016) and has earned their CHRL certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Stephen also holds certifications in CTP from the Canadian Society for Training and Development, Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the Ontario Hospital Association, and Organizational Development from Queens University IRC.
