With a Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Health Systems Leadership and Administration, Tomer's experience includes overseeing hospital operations, managing interdisciplinary staff, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and developing strategic branding and marketing plans. As a former nursing manager, patient care manager, and ER & ICU manager, Tomer has shown strong leadership, financial acumen, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for patients and healthcare facilities.
