Steven Hoedel

Steven Hoedel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and accounting. Steven began their career as an Accountant at Nexen in 2008 before moving on to Shell, where they held several positions, including Financial Analyst, Production & Revenue Accountant, Financial Reporting Analyst, Natural Gas Marketing Accountant, and Senior Financial Analyst & Project Advisor. In 2018, they joined WestUrban Developments as a Finance Controller, and in 2020, they became the Director of Finance at Waypoint Insurance. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Finance at Waypoint Insurance.

Steven Hoedel attended the University of Saskatchewan from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General. Steven also obtained a certification in the Results Building Leaders Program from Results institution in June 2023.
