Kelly Carter

Kelly Carter's work experience starts in 1993, when they worked as a Project Manager for United Dominion Realty Trust. Kelly then moved on to JPI, where they served as a Regional Vice President from 1996 to 2002. Following that, Kelly worked as the Vice President for PRS Construction from 2002 to 2004. Kelly then joined Lane Realty Construction as a Sr. Project Manager from 2004 to 2006. Kelly then spent over a decade at Post Properties, where they held the role of VP-Construction. Currently, as of 2017, they hold the position of Managing Director Development Construction Management at Waypoint Real Estate Investments.

Kelly Carter attended Clemson University from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology.
