Rodney Plaskett

Rodney Plaskett's work experience includes various leadership roles in the finance and real estate industries. Rodney is currently the Senior Director at Third Seven Capital, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Waypoint Residential from June 2021. In 1988, they joined ICAN Realty Corp. as a Broker, where they continue to work. Rodney was previously a Financial Planner and Investment Adviser Representative at Fortis Lux Financial from July 2018 to June 2021. Rodney also held roles as an Institutional Sales at Sidoti & Company from 2016 to 2018, Director of Investments at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. from 2014 to 2016, Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers from 2011 to 2012, and Senior Vice President at Maxim Group from 2011 to 2012. Rodney also worked as a Director at Barclays from 2009 to 2010 and as a Senior Vice President at Fulcrum Global Partners from 2003 to 2005.

Rodney Plaskett pursued higher education in the field of law and history. From 1977 to 1981, they attended Columbia Law School, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, from 1973 to 1977, they attended Franklin & Marshall College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
