Andrea Paula Nieves

Andrea Paula Nieves is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, coaching, and business development. As the founder and director of Distinto since April 2016, Andrea designs and leads processes focused on self-knowledge and transformation to enhance organizational potential. In addition, Andrea serves as a facilitator for leadership skills development and gender perspective leadership programs at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Andrea has also mentored entrepreneurs at Wayra and held various managerial roles at Telefónica Argentina, including overseeing new product development and corporate management. With a strong academic foundation including a degree in administration from the University of Buenos Aires and various coaching certifications, Andrea combines extensive experience in both corporate environments and personal development.
