Ekaterina Rezugina

Chief Operating Officer at WayRay

Ekaterina Rezugina has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Ekaterina worked as a Research Assistant at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from September 2007 to November 2010. In November 2011, they joined CRP - Gabriel Lippmann as a Researcher and worked until February 2013. From March 2013 to November 2014, they served as a Propulsion Engineer at OHB Sweden AB. In April 2014, they joined Skolkovo Foundation as a Space cluster expert, and they held this position until May 2016. Ekaterina then worked at Yaliny as a Lead Space Systems Engineer from April 2015 to July 2016. Later, in December 2016, they joined WayRay as a Business Development Manager, and in 2018 they transitioned to the role of Head of Automotive Solutions until March 2019. From March 2019 to July 2022, Ekaterina worked as the Head of Platform Development at WayRay. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at WayRay, starting from August 2022.

Ekaterina Rezugina's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Aerospace Technology at ISAE-SUPAERO.

In 2005 to 2006, they obtained another Master's degree in Aerospace Technology from the University of Pisa.

Earlier, from 2001 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Plasma Technology and Electric Propulsion at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ekaterina has also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they completed the "Negotiation and Leadership" program at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation.

Furthermore, in June 2019, they obtained a certification in "FMEA: Failure Mode and Effects Analysis" from the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V.

Additionally, in May 2019, they received a certification in "APQP - Quality assurance before the start of production" from the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V.

Lastly, in February 2019, they obtained a certification in "IATF 16949 - Implementation within the organization" from the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V.
