Ethan Waxman

Ethan Waxman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, currently serving as a Partner at EQT Group since August 2015, where roles have included Managing Director, Director, and Private Equity Associate. In addition to contributions at EQT Group, Ethan has been a Board Member at Waystar since October 2019 and served as a Board Member for Certara from August 2017 to December 2022. Previous board involvement includes roles as a Board Observer at Clinical Innovations, LLC and Press Ganey. Ethan's earlier career includes operational responsibilities at CADRE and an associate position at Warburg Pincus LLC. Leadership experience also includes serving as President of Harvard Student Agencies while pursuing a degree at Harvard University from 2008 to 2012.
