Michael Douglas

Michael Douglas is a Managing Director in CPP Investments’ direct private equity group. Responsible for sourcing and overseeing large-cap private investments in North American markets, Michael is a seasoned private equity professional with deep experience leading financial due diligence, structuring and asset management. He also currently serves as a director at Ascend Learning.

Prior to joining CPP Investments, Michael was an associate at Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance where he specialized in mid-market M&A transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
