We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Systems Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering our new finance system architecture, which includes Sage Intacct (ERP), Yooz (Accounts Payable Processing), Expensin (Expense Reclaim), Travelperk (Travel), and Adaptive Insights (FP&A). The Finance Systems Analyst will ensure the smooth operation, integration, and optimization of these systems to support our financial processes and strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  1. Systems Administration and Maintenance

· Administer and maintain finance systems, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.

· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to maintain system security and data integrity.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions.

· Administer and maintain finance systems, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.

  1. Support and Training

· Provide technical support to the Finance team and other users of the finance systems.

· Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to ensure users are proficient in using the systems.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.

  1. Compliance and Best Practices

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial systems.

· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in finance technology.

· Implement and enforce best practices for system usage and data management.

QUALIFICATIONS

o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance systems administration or a related role.

o Experience with Sage Intacct, Yooz, Expensin, Travelperk, and Adaptive Insights preferred.

Technical Skills

o Proficiency in managing ERP, accounts payable, expense management, travel, and FP&A systems.

o Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

o Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.

o Familiarity with system integration and data migration.

Soft Skills

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

o Experience in a multinational company with a complex finance system architecture.

o Certification in finance systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights) is a plus.

o Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is an advantage.
