We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our Commercial team. As a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative and operational support to our sales representatives, management, and Marketing Team.

You will be responsible for handling sales and marketing related inquiries, managing documentation, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and key stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our Commercial function and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Inquiries and Communication: Respond promptly to sales inquiries from internal teams via phone, email, or other communication channels. Provide accurate and helpful information to address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member or related function.

  • Order Processing: Assist with order entry, verification, and fulfilment processes. Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.

  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, including sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and presentations. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and comply with company standards.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Track and report Sales and Marketing data and metrics as needed.

  • Sales and Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with BD/KAM representatives, Marketing, Finance, and Onboarding teams to coordinate sales activities, events etc.

  • Sales and Marketing Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and analytics to support Sales and Marketing management in tracking targets and performance.

  • Sales and Marketing Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing necessary materials and resources for their success.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the sales support function and contribute to streamlining operations for increased efficiency.

  • Credentials: Support with developing and maintaining credentials for external and internal use such as customer references, proof points, case studies

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in particular Salesforce, and sales-related software.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documentation and data.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.

  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
