Augustin Assandey (Stan)

Augustin (Stan) Assandey has a range of work experience in the financial industry. Augustin (Stan) started their career at BNY Mellon in 2012 as a Corporate Actions Administrator. Augustin (Stan) then moved to State Street in 2013, where they worked as a Middle Office Associate for OTC Derivatives. In this role, they were responsible for trade capture, settlements, reconciliations, confirmations, and overall life cycle management. Augustin (Stan) engaged with clients, Prime Brokers, Execution Brokers, and various departments within the back office. From 2015 to 2017, they held the role of Supervisor in the Middle Office, where they managed a team and ensured accurate and efficient work execution. Assandey then transitioned to Manager, Middle Office OTC Derivatives, from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, they joined Waystone as an Associate Director. In this position, they brought their expertise in investment services and played a crucial role in the company. Currently, they serve as the Head of Investment Services at Waystone.

Augustin (Stan) Assandey has a Master's Degree in Finance and Capital Markets, which was obtained from Dublin City University in the year 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Languages French from the same university, completing it in the year 2010. In 2015, Augustin began their studies as a CFA Level 2 candidate at the CFA Institute, and they are currently working towards completing this certification.
