Lesley Roe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lesley currently holds the position of Head of Data Privacy and DPO at Waystone since September 2022. Previously, Lesley worked as the Global Data Protection Officer at Indicia Worldwide from July 2021 to September 2022. Lesley also served as a Compliance/Data Protection Officer at The Institution of Engineering and Technology for nearly 8 years, starting in September 2013 and leaving in July 2021. In this role, Lesley provided expert advice and training on data protection to a large membership-based organization. Prior to that, Lesley worked as a Project Manager at The Adviser Partnership from June 2010 to September 2013, and in Practice Management and Paraplanning roles at various IFA firms from August 1998 to June 2010.
