Louise Green

Louise Green has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Louise is currently the Head of Marketing and Communications EMEA at Waystone since October 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Link Group (LNK) from January 2023 to October 2023. Louise also worked as the EMEA Communications Manager at Link Group from January 2023 to June 2023.

Before their roles at Link Group, Louise was the Head of Marketing and Communications at JG Solicitors Ltd from March 2016 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for PR and marketing activities, brand reputation, and business development. Louise worked closely with the Managing Director to shape company strategy and led marketing and recruitment campaigns.

Louise also has experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic communications. Louise worked as the Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Yorkshire Water from June 2008 to May 2014. In this role, they planned and delivered integrated campaigns to engage various audience groups and communicated with political stakeholders at EU, national, and local government levels. Louise also chaired working groups to develop policy.

Earlier in their career, Louise worked as the Executive Communications and Development Officer at Lumos from May 2007 to May 2008 and as a Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament from September 2005 to May 2007. In these roles, they supported politicians in their work, monitored parliamentary activity, and reacted to political events.

Louise Green completed their education in Modern Languages, with a focus on French and German. Louise attended The University of Sheffield from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a 2:1 degree. In 2002, they also studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, specializing in German language studies. Additionally, in 2001-2002, they attended Université Laval to further their knowledge in French linguistics.
