Nicolas Bolland, CFA, FRM, PMP has a diverse range of work experience. Nicolas is currently serving as the Director - Risk and Fund Operations Team Leader - AIF Risk and ESG management at Waystone since July 2022. Prior to that, Nicolas worked as the Director of Development / Project Manager at Brookline Development Company, LLC from 2017 to 2021. Nicolas also gained experience at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as an MSRED 2017 Candidate, Research Assistant at The Real Estate Innovation Lab, and Teaching Assistant to Prof. John Kennedy. Nicolas worked as an Alternative Investments Risk and Valuation Senior Manager at Waystone in 2016. Nicolas served as the Head of Private Equity and Real Estate Funds / Project Manager in Accounting, Depositary Bank, and TA at BNP Paribas Securities Services from 2014 to 2015. Nicolas also has experience as a Real Estate Developer, Construction Project Manager, and Foreman during their self-employment period from 2009 to 2014. Nicolas started their career at Ernst & Young Luxembourg as a Senior Manager Corporate Finance from 2004 to 2014. Prior to that, Nicolas worked as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg from 2001 to 2004.

Nicolas Bolland, CFA, FRM, PMP, completed their education with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017. In the same year, they also pursued an MBA cross-registration program at Harvard Business School with a focus on Private Equity Finance. Prior to that, Nicolas participated in the Erasmus Program at the Athens University of Economics and Business in 1998 and 1999. Nicolas obtained their Master of Sciences in Business Engineering from the University of Liège's HEC ULG Management School between 1995 and 2001.
