Padraic Roche serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Waystone since September 2021, providing strategic legal and commercial guidance while overseeing various internal functions. Previously, Padraic held the position of Partner in the Financial Institutions Group at Matheson from September 2018 to August 2021, focusing on corporate law issues including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Malin Corporation plc, and leading the legal function in Ireland for Mercer. Padraic began career as a Legal Counsel at Xilinx, advising on multiple legal matters before working as an associate at A&L Goodbody, specializing in corporate law. Padraic holds a Master’s in Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and degrees in Corporate Law and Law from the University of Galway.
