Nick Lyman is an experienced culinary and photography professional with a diverse background in the food service industry and medical meeting photography. Currently working as a Cook at Wayzata Country Club since June 2023, Nick has previously held positions such as Certified Grill Master at Red Lobster from January 2021 to August 2023, and Line Cook at Roti Modern Mediterranean from August 2018 to September 2020. In addition to culinary roles, Nick has been a Photographer at MedMeetingImages.com since 2021. Earlier work experience includes roles in customer service at The Home Depot and various positions at Noodles & Company. Nick graduated from Wayzata High School in June 2019 and continues education at Minneapolis College.
