Adrienne Gruenes

Adrienne Gruenes is an experienced academic advisor and educator with a strong background in communication studies and student support. Since July 2022, Adrienne has served as an Academic Advisor at St. Catherine University, while simultaneously holding roles at Wayzata Public Schools as an Assistant Debate Coach and Assistant Speech Coach since December 2019, where Adrienne instructs students in debate techniques and organizes practice sessions. Prior to these roles, Adrienne worked as a Program Coordinator at Genesys Works Twin Cities, a Tech-Connected College Coach at College Possible, and held various teaching and advocacy positions, including adjunct instructor and shelter advocate. Adrienne holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, with minors in Political Science and Sociology/Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
