Jean Norman Davies

Jean Norman Davies is the current Head of People & Culture at Wazo. Prior to this, they were the APAC Strategic Regional HR Business Partner at Red Hat Asia Pacific from September 2015 to February 2020. In this role, they provided strategic guidance, direction, and roadmap to staff and top leadership teams for seamless execution of operational activities, while acting as strategic advisor.

Before their time at Red Hat Asia Pacific, Jean Norman Davies was the Vice-President - Chief People Officer at eNovance from January 2013 to August 2015. In this role, they directed all aspects of HR operations that enabled the company to scale (from 20 to 120 associates in less than 18 months). Jean also established trusted and long-lasting relationships with all levels of management and stakeholders to meet and exceed business objectives.

Prior to their role at eNovance, Jean Norman Davies was the Principal Consultant - Change management and Internal communication at Zone franche from January 2012 to November 2012. Before that, they were the Human Ressources Director - Global Services France at Orange Business Services from September 2007 to December 2011.

Jean Norman Davies has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Management from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and an Orange Human Resources Leadership Program (equivalent to Master 2) from ESSEC Business School.
