Cristian Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cristian started their career at Convergys as a Bilingual Call Center Advisor before moving on to Sitel Group, where they held various roles including Bilingual Call Center Advisor, Sales Mentor, and Bilingual Call Center Advisor. At Sitel Group, Cristian was responsible for customer service, technical support, sales, and mentoring new agents.

After Sitel Group, Cristian joined Scotiabank as an AML Compliance Analyst. In this role, they analyzed profiles and financial behavior to ensure compliance with Canadian regulations related to money laundering and terrorist financing. Cristian conducted Enhanced Due Diligence on clients, worked with customers with potential sanctions exposure, and analyzed flagged transactions for suspicious activity.
