Raymond Doyle, PE, LEED AP has extensive experience in the engineering industry, currently serving as Managing Director at WB Engineers+Consultants. As a Managing Principal, Raymond oversees operations in the Washington, DC office, supports the East Bay office's growth, and leads the Life Sciences Practice.
