Josh Starkey

Josh Starkey is an experienced professional with a robust background in media and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Executive, Digital Editor, and Assignment Editor at WBAL-TV 11 Baltimore since March 2021, Josh has also held the role of TV/Radio Programming & Public Affairs Coordinator. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Security Officer for Allied Universal, where responsibilities included managing fast-paced environments and delivering excellent customer service. Additional experience includes a Student Supervisor position at York College Fund Phonathon and an internship at WBAL-TV11, Inc. Josh's early career featured a role as a Server at The Olive Tree Restaurant, demonstrating strong communication and work ethic. Josh holds a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Broadcast Performance from York College of Pennsylvania.
