Richard Justice

VP, Business Development at WBB

Richard Justice is the Vice President of Business Development at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB). Richard has been with the company for 9 years and 3 months, and is responsible for Business Development and Opportunity Capture across all WBB Markets. Richard is also the WBB Program Manager for GSA's One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS).

Before their time with AF Programs Management, Mr. Justice was the Director of Army C4I Networked Systems at Northrop Grumman Corporation for 6 months. In this role, they led Distributed Common Ground System-Army and related intelligence system development and upgrades.

Mr. Justice began their career as a Program Director with the United States Air Force, where they spent 6 years and 5 months.

Richard Justice has a Masters of Strategic Studies from Air War College and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Tennessee Space Institute. Richard also has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Virginia Military Institute.
