Andy Sikich is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in municipal engineering, program management, civil engineering design, land development, project management, and construction management. Currently serving as the Civil Engineering Manager at WBK Engineering, LLC since April 2023, Andy has previously held significant roles, including Director of Public Works for the Village of Downers Grove and Village Engineer/Assistant Director of Public Works for the Village of Hanover Park. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Certificate of Graduate Study in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University. Andy has successfully managed various engineering projects across multiple sectors for both private and public clients, overseeing teams and departments to ensure effective operations.
