Joel Hamm

Joel Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Sales Associate at Sears Canada until the end of the year. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Facility Security Officer at Alcove Security Regina and also worked as a Bartender/Server at Lumsden Hotel. From 2010 to 2013, Joel served as a Security Officer at Security Resource Group. In 2013, they joined Hudson's Bay Company as a Sales Representative for a year. In 2015, they began working as a CIA 2 Computer Technician at Geek Squad and stayed until 2017. Joel then started at WBM Technologies in 2016, where they held various positions including System Administrator, Enterprise Service Desk Coordinator, and WFM/Queue Coordinator. Currently, they are working as the Workforce Management, Tools, and Technology Lead at WBM Technologies.

Joel Hamm completed their education history as follows:

- Joel attended Saskatchewan Polytechnic from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science as a Computer Network Technician.

- Prior to that, they studied at the University of Regina from 2011 to 2013, majoring in Computer Science with a field of study in Social Work.

- Joel graduated from Hinode High School in 2008, earning a High School Diploma in Japanese Language and Literature.

In addition to their education, Joel has obtained several certifications from Talkdesk, including Talkdesk Academy | Advanced Admin, Talkdesk Academy | Artificial Intelligence, Talkdesk Admin Certification, Talkdesk Advanced Admin Certification, Talkdesk Agent Certification, and Talkdesk Supervisor Certification, which they obtained in April 2021.
