Janelle D’arcy

Janelle D'Arcy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at WBP Group since August 2020, Janelle previously held the position of National People & Culture Manager. Prior to this, Janelle worked as a Senior Human Resource Professional at Human Resource Contracting from February 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included HR partnering, operational and strategic HR leadership, and auditing HR frameworks. Janelle’s earlier career includes HR Business Partnering and Advisory roles at BP from 2005 to 2018, along with HR Generalist/Specialist and Resourcing positions at Foxtel from 1999 to 2005.
