Michael Fidler

Michael’s interest in IT Solutions began early: while most kids his age were playing video games with friends, Michael would take his super Nintendo/n64 on days off from school to his father’s firm – WCA Technologies. Completely immersed in the environment, he’d perform data entry, assist technicians with computer setups, and admin/helpdesk support. Daily interactions with customers and troubleshooting with engineers helped cement his passion for client problem-solving and meeting their business objectives.
