Erin McFadden

Erin McFadden has a strong background in corporate services and claims management. Erin currently holds the role of Director, Corporate Services at WCB-Alberta, where they oversee various administrative units including Facilities Services, Document Management, Contracting & Procurement Services, and Corporate Security. Prior to this, they served as the Manager, Claims Contact Centre and Support Services at WCB-Alberta. Erin also has experience in the field of occupational health and safety through their role as an Instructor at the University of Alberta's OHS program, where they provided instruction in disability management. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager in Account Management & Claims Contact Centre and as a Supervisor in Account Management at WCB Alberta.

Erin McFadden completed a Mini-MBA from McGill University during the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta.
