Cynthia Ndum

Cynthia Ndum is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Lead with a proven track record in software development project management. Currently serving at WCF Insurance since January 2021, Cynthia specializes in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies while coaching teams and stakeholders on agile principles. Previous roles include Scrum Master at athenahealth from October 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities encompassed agile meetings and performance tracking, and at TD from October 2015 to November 2016, focused on aligning company vision with Agile Methodology. Earlier experience as a Database Administrator at BB&T involved implementing backup and recovery processes. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Buea.
