Elissa Beach

Elissa Beach, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at WIRB-Copernicus Group, a position held since 2019. Elissa's previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Starkey Hearing Technologies from 2017 to 2019, where support was provided to senior leaders in various HR processes. Prior to that, Elissa worked as HR Director at Edina Country Club from 2010 to 2017, overseeing all HR functions, including employee relations and policy administration. Elissa also gained experience as an HR Specialist at Cub Foods between 2007 and 2010 and as a Senior HR Generalist at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from 1998 to 2003. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
