Emily Ricketts

Emily Ricketts, MSc, PMP, CIP, serves as Vice President of the Integration & Innovation Office at WCG since January 2018, previously holding roles as Senior Program Director and Industry Consultant. With extensive experience in clinical research and healthcare partnerships, Emily has successfully designed strategies for over 75 global research partnerships and improved study startup times significantly. Prior to WCG, Emily was with Covance from February 2012 to June 2017, contributing as Executive Director of Investigator & Health Systems Relationships, where key achievements included establishing master data licensing agreements and enhancing compliance with data privacy laws. Earlier roles include various positions at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, focusing on global business operations, enrollment planning, and investigator recruitment. Emily holds a Master of Science in Information Science from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
