Joe Rettzo

Joe Rettzo currently serves as an ITS End User Services Engineer at WCG, a role held since October 2018, where key responsibilities include assisting users globally, developing IT knowledgebases, managing IT inventory and compliance, and leading hardware rollouts. Previously, Joe worked as a Helpdesk Analyst for Innovative Technology Solutions, LLC, and held various technical support and administrative roles across organizations including C3i, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Mercadien Technologies. Joe possesses expertise in a range of applications and systems, particularly in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM, and has contributed to multiple projects involving application deployment and integration. Educational background includes a degree in Network Technician from The Chubb Institute and an associate’s degree in Graphic Design from Mercer County Community College.
