Monique Luihn Phr

Monique Luihn, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of HR Shared Services at WCG, where leadership of the Human Resources Operations team includes oversight of Employee Support Services and HRIS Administration for over 1,700 global employees. Previously, Monique held the role of Manager of HCM Shared Services at Syneos Health, managing operational services across North America, and served as Associate Director of HR Systems at QuintilesIMS, focusing on core HR Systems and Learning Management Systems. Additional experience includes roles at Allscripts as Sr Manager of Culture & Talent Operations, and various positions at Misys and Access Point. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Elon University.
