Natalie Garcia

Natalie Garcia is a Corporate Recruiter at WCG since June 2023, employing diverse sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates and collaborating with HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives. Previously, Natalie served as a Recruiter at Hudson RPO, supporting recruiting initiatives at WCG Clinical, and as a Recruiting Coordinator at U.S. Legal Support, where effective communication and recruitment software tools were utilized. Additionally, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Louisiana State University, Natalie developed curricula and instructed classes, enhancing student learning through additional resources. Natalie holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
