Nicole Kersting

Nicole Kersting is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in leading complex projects across various sectors, including healthcare and fundraising. Currently serving at WCG, Nicole acts as an operational interface between clients and the company, managing tasks related to project planning, analysis, and execution, while fostering relationships with stakeholders. Previously, at Korn Ferry, Nicole successfully executed large-scale projects and maintained oversight of project lifecycles. Nicole's extensive experience at Be The Match included designing fundraising strategies and leading cross-functional teams, further complemented by various roles in special events management and development at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Minnesota Morris.
