Charlene Pineda

Charlene Pineda, MA, CEC, currently serves as the Director of Operations for Employment Ontario at WCG Services, focusing on strategic direction and performance improvement in the Ottawa region. Charlene has extensive experience as a Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach at CPF Paradigm, where strategic solutions for leadership and organizational development are crafted for clients. Previous roles include Director of Programs and Operations at the Canadian Architectural Certification Board, Talent and Administration Manager at Emond Harnden, and various operational positions at Sheridan and other notable companies. Charlene holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, along with an Advertising Diploma from Sheridan College.
