Jane Monreal

Jane Monreal is an experienced journalist and news anchor with a diverse background in broadcast media. Currently serving as the Anchor for the MSJ at WCNC Charlotte since January 2022, Jane previously anchored weekday evenings at The E.W. Scripps Company and was the weekday morning anchor for WFTX FOX 4. Jane's career includes roles as a weekend morning anchor/reporter at KSHB/KMCI, weekday morning anchor at KIII-TV, and a reporter for KCNC-TV, where responsibilities included traffic anchoring and general assignment reporting. Additionally, Jane co-founded enCompass Entertainment LLC, producing original multimedia content. Early in the career, Jane reported traffic conditions for KABC-TV and served as a traffic/airborne reporter for Metro Networks. Jane holds a BBA in International Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
