Esther Christian

Ms. Christian joined WDG Architecture in 2011 and is a Senior Associate. She possesses over 14 years of architecture and interior design experience with multiple project types including mixed-use, residential, commercial, healthcare, education, civic, and hospitality in cold climates and tropical hurricane prone locations. Ms. Christian also has extensive experience in all phases of project development from conception and quality control through construction administration and occupancy. Efficient and comprehensive meetings and good communication are focal points of her managing style. Responsibilities include working closely with clients, communicating with contractors, and coordinating with engineers and consultants while supervising and mentoring internal team members. Her natural ability to organize and coordinate with the project team on small and large-scale projects is key to ensuring a seamless, and timely project delivery within budget. Furthermore, becoming a LEED accredited professional was a natural outcome of her innate commitment to sustainable design.
